**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience in healthcare call centers. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This work-from-home position requires night shifts ensuring seamless communication and assistance to our customers. Your role will significantly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and improving healthcare service delivery. **Responsibilities** + Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. + Handle a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare clients ensuring each interaction is courteous and professional. + Utilize your expertise in healthcare call centers to navigate complex customer queries and provide accurate information. + Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. + Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and share best practices. + Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for swift resolution. + Stay updated with the latest healthcare policies and procedures to provide informed assistance. + Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with sensitive healthcare-related concerns. + Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations during all customer interactions. + Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. + Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance targets and KPIs. + Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues to improve service processes. + Utilize technology effectively to manage customer interactions and streamline service delivery. **Qualifications** + Possess strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy. + Have a proven track record of success in a healthcare call center environment. + Demonstrate proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. + Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. + Display a strong understanding of healthcare industry standards and practices. + Be adaptable to night shifts and a work-from-home setup. **Certifications Required** Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification in customer service.
