Job Description Summary

We’re seeking an insightful and detail-oriented Occupancy Analyst to support our team in delivering innovative occupancy and space maximisation solutions for the client. In this role, you’ll be responsible for auditing, monitoring, and reporting on space usage and allocation, while providing data-driven analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations. Your contributions will help shape future space requirements across one or multiple client sites and drive effective workplace solutions.

Required Qualifications

Australian citizenship is required

Must hold a Baseline Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one

Key Responsibilities

Perform utilisation and allocation reporting and analysis to support strategic space planning

Collaborate with Occupancy Planners on scenario development and long-term space strategies

Support evolving workplace trends and contribute to future ways of working

Conduct financial analysis related to occupancy utilisation when required

Monitor and validate data using the Triana platform to identify and resolve reporting discrepancies

Drive continuous innovation by incorporating stakeholder feedback and applying industry best practices

Deliver analysis and actionable recommendations for space requirements across client sites

Collaborate cross-functionally with other service lines and subject matter experts to ensure data consistency

Communicate findings and strategies effectively to executive-level stakeholders

Handle tasks efficiently while adapting to changing priorities

Interpret and apply policies and procedures appropriately

Analyze badge scans and sensor data to support facilities reporting and space utilisation insights

Requirements:

Advanced skills in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI

Advanced to expert proficiency in Excel

Proven ability to build or refine strategic vision and deliver on key performance metrics

Demonstrated experience implementing or executing strategic plans

Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a strategic, long-term mindset

High attention to detail with the ability to manage shifting priorities efficiently and accurately

Proficient in interpreting and applying policies and procedures effectively

Collaborative team player with flexibility and capability to lead change initiatives

Exceptional relationship-building skills with a stakeholder-first approach

Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office suite for professional communication and executive-level presentations

Advanced knowledge of CAFM/IWMS systems—Serraview strongly preferred—for effective space management
