SPARE PARTS WAREHOUSE ASSOCIAT
For the new tobacco factory in TETOUAN, we are looking for a Spare Parts Warehouse Associate to manage the Spare Parts Warehouse and its related areas. This includes overseeing all spare parts movements, ensuring accurate SAP recording, and maintaining proper storage and handling in line with JTI safety, 5S, and 3R policies. The role ensures timely delivery to the maintenance team, efficient unloading and placement of parts in the designated warehouse areas, and periodic stock counts (at least monthly) to guarantee 100% inventory accuracy
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will be responsible for ensuring all Spare Parts (SP) shipments are properly unloaded, quantities accurately verified, and data entered into the SAP system in a timely manner. You will ensure that all SP materials are stored in their designated locations, with inventory records updated in SAP in line with internal procedures. This includes maintaining part accessibility and availability while ensuring warehouse security, safety, and compliance with 5S and 3R standards.
You will monitor daily inventory movements to and from the production department, ensuring timely issuance of all maintenance orders and receipt documentation to maintain inventory accuracy. You will ensure that all spare parts delivered to production meet the required specifications, including correct part numbers, ERSA references, labels, and designated storage locations.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment will be part of your responsibilities, along with ensuring that all warehouse equipment is functioning properly and routinely maintained.
You will be expected to deliver on KPI commitments related to SAFETY, QUALITY, SERVICE, and COST, while identifying areas for improvement and supporting inventory optimization.
Close coordination with PPO, Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Finance departments is essential to ensure timely processing of GRNs and invoices. You will also be responsible for carrying out any additional tasks or special projects assigned by your direct manager.
EDUCATION
B.Sc. Degree in Engineering or related field
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar job is recommende

English & Technical Proficiency Knowledge of development for Desktop Applications and, preferably, Mobile Applications, along with power BI , Excel Macro Skills Ownership & Accountability People Development & Communication Innovation & Problem-Solving Integrity & Long-Term Thinking.
