**Description**
**Location: Ajdovščina, Pipistrel d\.o\.o\.**
**A colleague in the spare parts and warranty sales department** will be responsible for preparing offers for spare parts, communicating with customers regarding inquiries and order intake, monitoring and processing warranty claims and complaints, invoicing and dispatching orders, updating price lists, and aligning IPC with sales technology processes\.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Participation in teams or projects, leading teams or projects
* Communicating with customers, monitoring customer inquiries, and accepting orders
* Preparing offers for spare parts in sales and service orders
* Reviewing and completing all invoices related to service and spare parts sales orders
* Coordinating between departments to fulfil spare parts orders
* Monitoring warranty claims and complaints in accordance with established warranty policies and procedures
* Communicating and collaborating with business partners and customers, providing updates on warranty claim statuses and informing them of solutions
* Creating complaint reports
* Invoicing and dispatching all types of orders
* Logistics of parcel shipments, including preparation of CMRs or Waybills
* Preparing statements or letters for customers, and compiling reports
* Coordinating and ensuring payments
* Opening purchase orders, approving incoming invoices, issuing credit notes
* Updating price lists \(sales prices, entering prices into lists, generating price lists, matrices\)
* Aligning IPC with sales technology processes
* Executing the spare parts sales plan
* Creating sales analyses and tracking spare parts sales performance
**What We Expect from the Candidate**
* Completed secondary or higher education in a technical or economic field
* At least 2 years of work experience in similar or identical roles
* Knowledge of the aviation sector \(recommended\)
* Proficiency in MS Office \(Word, Excel, PowerPoint\)
* Training in POE and MOE \(recommended\)
* Well\-developed communication and organizational skills
* Fluent knowledge of English

**Sodelavec v oddelku prodaje rezervnih delov in garancij** bo pripravljal ponudbe za rezervne dele, komuniciral s strankami zaradi povpraševanja in sprejemanja naročil, spremljal in obdeloval garancijske zahteve in pritožbe, fakturiral in odpremljal naročila, ažuriral cenike ter usklajeval IPC s procesi prodajne tehnologije\.
**Delovne obveznosti**
* Sodelovanje v timih oziroma projektih, vodenje timov oziroma projektov
* Komuniciranje s strankami in spremljanje povpraševanja kupcev ter sprejemanje naročil
* Pripravljanje ponudb za rezervne dele v prodajnih in servisnih nalogih
* Pregled in kompletiranje vseh računov s področja servisnih nalogov in prodajnih nalogov rezervnih delov
* Usklajevanje med oddelki za realizacijo naročil rezervnih delov
* Spremljanje garancijskih zahtev in pritožb v skladu s postavljenimi garancijskimi politikami in postopki
* Komuniciranje in sodelovanje s poslovnimi partnerji in strankami, posredovanje informacij o statusu garancijskih zahtev in obveščanje o rešitvah za težave
* Izdelava reklamacijskih zapisnikov
* Fakturiranje in odpremljanje vseh tipov naročil
* Logistika pošiljanja paketov s pripravo CMR\-jev ali Waybillov
* Priprava izjav oz\. dopisov za stranke, priprava poročil
* Usklajevanje in zagotavljanje plačil
* Odpiranje nabavnih nalogov, potrjevanje vhodnih računov, izdajanje dobropisov
* Ažuriranje cenikov \(prodajne cene, vnašanje cen v cenike, generiranje cenikov, matrike\)
* Usklajevanje IPC\-ja s procesi prodajne tehnologije
* Izvajanje plana prodaje rezervnih delov
* Izdelovanje prodajnih analiz in realizacije prodaje rezervnih delov
**Kaj pričakujemo od kandidata/kandidatke?**
* Dokončano srednješolsko do visokošolsko izobraževanje tehnične ali ekonomske smeri
* Vsaj 2 leti delovnih izkušenj na podobnih ali enakih delih
* Poznavanje področja letalstva \(priporočeno\)
* Poznavanje okolja MS Office \(Word, Excel, PowerPoint\)
* Izobraževanja na področju POE in MOE \(priporočeno\)
* Dobro razvite komunikacijske in organizacijske sposobnosti
* Tekoče znanje angleškega jezika
