Spare Parts Coordinator
Airswift is currently looking for Spare Parts Coordination to work with a EPC Company based in Paris.

Job Title: Spara Parts Coordination (Procurement)
Location: Paris
Status : Resident
Duration :  12 Months
Position localized in Paris with possible mission at site   PREAMBLE
The specification defines the conditions and the requirements for the subcontracting services related to SPARE PARTS COORDINATION to be performed by the SUBCONTRACTOR on RUWAIS LNG Project.

OBJECT OF THE SUBCONTRACT :

Contract language: ENGLISH

The SUBCONTRACTOR will perform the following tasks: Spare Part Coordinator Leader will lead all SP scope from the SPIR tool training till spare parts handover in COMPANY warehouse.
SP Coordinator works closely with the engineering, procurement, commissioning, O&M and COMPANY teams.

He/she oversees the full scope of spare part management covering the spare part supply chain follow-up, the preservation and the transport.

• He/she trains the vendor for SPIR Tool.
• He/she ensures proper JV level coordination amongst the key departments and disciplines (and with CPY) and ensures good information flow/availability/transparency among JV.
• He/she ensures there is transparency in scope and costs amongst the different categories of spares.
• He/she ensures priority delivery of critical spares in coordination with O&M Engineering.
• He/she ensures effective and timely management status and cost reporting.
• He/she is focused on the Supply Chain Follow-Up from SPIR recovery to the delivery of material at site.
• He/she will have as well to perform the below TASKS:

o Ensure parts are properly coded (consistent with CPY requirements), stored and preserved and available when needed.
o Ensure the quality of the SP data. o Ensure effective and timely management status and cost reporting. Duties and Responsibilities: (Not limited to);
• Guarantee that the spare parts are properly collected, delivered/selected by COMPANY, purchased/delivered according to schedule, properly preserved.
• Defines the KPI and implement of the supply chain follow-up from SPIR vendor delivery to SP handover.
• Provide support for procurement

According critical spare parts and in case of late delivery, review with O&M Engineering Leader the mitigate plan.
• Support JV commissioning and O&M team during the initial phase of facility operation.

BASIC DOCUMENTATION The basic documentation provided by SAS to SUBCONTRACTOR is:
- Project SPARE PARTS strategy
- Extract of the CONTRACT relative to SPARE PARTS
 - SPIR tool training support - Project SPARE PARTS procedure
- Any other relevant project procedures

REQUESTED QUALIFICATIONS The services to be performed by

The SUBCONTRACTOR require the following skills and experience:
• Ideally have previous experience on Onshore Oil & Gas Industry as spare part coordinator
• Must have a recognized technical qualification for this position.
• Have a good command of spoken and written English
• Technician/Engineer degree with strong experience in mechanical with cross sectional drawing reading capability.
• Knowledge in maintenance.
• Demonstrated understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• A high level of self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work within a multi[1]discipline integrated project team.
• Experience in E-SPIR will be a plus (ADNOC’s SPIR Tool to be used, ex G-SPIR).
• Good knowledge of supply chain follow-up and procurement

Skills:
• Good knowledge of the Procurement Supply Chain,
• Good knowledge of Project Organization (TP or JGC experience will be a +),
• Experiences in Preservation, Maintenance and Commissioning scope,
• Good discipline background (Mech, Elec or Instrum) and extensive knowledge of O&G equipment,
• Able to read and to work with electronic technical documentation and in Microsoft environment (MS Excel),
• Fluent English,
• Knowledge in Spare Part vendor portal will be a +. Experience:
• Significant experience in Supply Chain (4 years),
• Experience of FLNG Project,
• Knowledge of material management,
• Knowledge of Preservation and Maintenance will be appreciated 5. PROCEDURES - METHODOLOGY Project Procedures, the State of Art, as well as the Quality Procedures applicable to the relevant project, shall be implemented, in particular for:
• Good knowledge of the Procurement Supply Chain,
• Good knowledge of Project Organization (TP or JGC experience will be a +),
• Experiences in Preservation, Maintenance and Commissioning scope,
• Good discipline background (Mech, Elec or Instrum) and extensive knowledge of O&G equipment,
• Able to read and to work with electronic technical documentation and in Microsoft environment (MS Excel),
• Fluent English,
• Knowledge in Spare Part vendor portal will be a +. 6. QUALITY OF THE ISSUED DOCUMENTS Documents issued by the SUBCONTRACTOR shall have the required quality according to above defined tasks, in particular:
- Technical quality - Content quality (in relation with information contained in documentation) - All documents will be written in the contract language  operational representative may at any time check the work being done by the SUBCONTRACTOR and reserves the right of intervention while performance is under way in order to enforce compliance with the

CONTRACT. SUBCONTRACTOR’s contractual responsibilities will not be released.
