Company DescriptionBosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province.HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Job Description

I. Plan spare parts and service for maintenance activities

Control spare part list of routing maintenance activity (overhaul or preventive maintenance)Monitor consumption and update the lists (with supporting from engineers)Well understand stock models and manage it to achieve KPIs relates to spare part

II. Control procurement process of spare parts

Place purchase order and monitor delivery of those partsSupport urgent cases, ex: lacking spare partAnalyse price, lead time stability and visualize its impact to spare part control systemManage supplier performance. Improve suppliers through time

III. Lead improvement projects

Analyse key parameters of spare part control system, set the base of monitoring independentlyHandle big data of spare part, make the data automatically "tell its issues"Continuously improve the process, KPIs

IV. Make appropriate report / presentation about spare part topics

KPIs report relate to cost, inventoryCase by case report relate to issues: zero stock…

Qualifications

I. Education: 

Bachelor in Supply Chain, Commercial or Engineering majorData analysis certificate will be an advantage

II. Work experience:

Experience in planning / inventory field is an advantageExperience in spare part planning/management is an advantage

III. Traits and Skills:

Understand of inventory model and planning techniqueDatabase handling skill & software (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL…)Problem solving & Leading skillInterpersonal/ Proactive / ResponsibleEnglish skill
