Spare Hands are general laborers that are assigned to all areas of the Mill, Paper Machine, Woodyard, Pulping, Caustic, Power, Recycle, Shipping, or Yard Services as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or G.E.D. Must have worked 24 of the last 36 months Must be available to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and overtime.

Knowledge-Skills-Abilities

Written skills test will be given to selected candidates that meet the basic qualifications and they will be interviewed by a panel.

Starting pay is $28.60/hour
