Overview We’re seeking a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish-Speaking) School Social Worker to support kidos at the high-school level in an urban, high-poverty environment. This role provides social-emotional support, crisis intervention, and collaborative IEP/IHP input for students experiencing generational poverty, trauma, and learning disabilities. The ideal candidate is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, bilingual in Spanish, and confident working in high-need urban settings. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support students’ emotional, behavioral, academic, and environmental needs while maintaining compliance with all professional standards.
