Your role

As an Implementation Consultant you will help our clients implement and adopt the Fiix CMMS throughout their organisation through onsite and remote consultation sessions. You will train clients' employees on product functionality, communicate information about the implementation process, and guide and support our clients through each project milestone until successful launch of their new software is achieved.

This is a remote position and will report to the Manager located in Canada.

Your Responsibilities:

Be the primary contact for clients during the implementation phase of their journeyHelp clients to take full advantage of our industry-leading technology and deploy solutions in a manner that encourages end-user adoption, minimizes "time to value", and supports expansion over timeEngage directly with clients to understand their requirements, identify implementation success factors, develop best-fit solution designs, and configure the CMMS to meet their specific needsManage client expectations; identify implementation risks, capture and disseminate key project decisions and insights, and control project scope, quality, & timelineDevelop and deliver client training programmes, including the creation of client training material (e.g. documents and videos)Assist clients with the collection, loading, and configuration of dataDevelop client reports and dashboard KPIs & widgetsRecord project progress and store all project artefacts in a central repositoryCollaborate with teammates to identify CMMS & implementation best practices

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Proficiency in Spanish and English language2+ years of experience in a software implementation role; SaaS and CMMS software experienceDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated experience managing, organizing, and maintaining data in ExcelPrior experience translating customer requirements into workable software solutionsWillingness to travel up to 30% for onsite client sessionsValid driver's license and PassportPrior experience in the Maintenance and Reliability industry considered an asset
