The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Marketing to grow Dell Children’s Health Plan Medicaid and CHIP membership, and retain existing members. This position plays a critical role in the following: Coordinate community outreach programs and activities. + Analyze community needs to determine program opportunities, scope and goals. Track and report data to substantiate efforts. + Maintain relationships with community resources, referral sources, agencies, and associations. + Maintain event calendar. Coordinate and train volunteer staff for outreach and educational events. + Coordinate educational programs and outreach activities for associates and/or clients. + Attending outreach events throughout the assigned Central Territory, includes (North & Central Travis County (north of Ben White, south of Pflugerville), Manor, Lee and Bastrop Counties). + Educating Medicaid and CHIP-eligible communities about value-added services and program benefits. + Assisting in completing State benefits applications and renewals. + Answer questions on a dedicated outreach phone lineAnswer inquiries received by email. + Engaging and maintaining relationships with community-based organizations. + Understanding Social Determinants of Health (SDOH). + Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Drivers License preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed. + Social Worker preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.
