SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under the direction of the Service Delivery Manager and Academic Specialist, the Spanish Language Instructor demonstrates commitment and passion to quality language instruction and education, representing as an expert in teaching and ambassador for Berlitz. The Instructor teaches the required languages to assigned classes of students and provides student support in accordance with Berlitz's teaching and customer service principles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver lessons in-person in accordance with Berlitz teaching principles: focusing on the goals, needs, and interests of students. Meet with Academic Specialist regularly to participate in lesson evaluation and coaching plans to strengthen teaching skills and ensure SMART goals are met Responsible for keeping student pedagogical and attendance records up to date Integrate learning technology into teaching programs and maintain shared teaching resource materials Perform duties as deemed fit for proper execution and delegated by the Service Delivery Manager or Academic SpecialistQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Teaching experience is required. Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently. Exceptional communication skills. Basic administrative skills, and computer knowledge to deliver lessons, and maintain student recordsStart Date: September 2025

Rate per class: $118 per class (it already includes miles, transportation, class preparation, arriving 30 minutes before the class and departing 15 minutes after the class ends and documentation.

Any additional information: The teacher should have good classroom management skills as the groups may have up to 15 students, the age groups are K-2 and 3-5. The teacher must be certified on CPR, first aid and child medical administration, we have selected the provider and will reimburse for the cost upon successful completion.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
SALARY: $118.00 per class
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
