Spanish & French-Speaking Customer Service Representatives (BPO Call Center)
What You’ll Do Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls Assist customers timeously and in a polite and friendly manner Provide accurate information about products and services Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy Document interactions clearly in the system Meet quality and performance targets What We’re Looking For Fluency in Spanish or French (spoken and written) Good command of English (for internal communication) Strong communication and active listening skills Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability Basic computer skills and ability to multitask Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus (not required) Skills and Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets or deadlines. Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call centre systems.
