What You'll Do
As a Marketing and Communications Intern, you’ll contribute to our external communication efforts, gaining hands-on experience in marketing, PR, and social media. You'll help our Marketing and Communications team to use and manage digital marketing tools such as Salesforce and Marketo. You'll design and create graphics and visual content for various marketing materials and write and optimize texts for digital channels. Your tasks will also include supporting B2B mailing campaigns, maintaining CRM data to ensure data quality, and collaborating on the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.
Content Creation
Assist in drafting concise and engaging content for newsletters, social media, and email campaignsCollaborate on creating marketing materials, such as short-form content and internal updatesSupport the team in editing and formatting documents to ensure clarity and consistency with branding guidelinesHelp manage the organization and distribution of marketing assets across platforms
PR and External Relations
Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and monitor content across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and InstagramDraft compelling posts and captions that align with our brand voice and strategic goalsCollaborate on the creation of visual assets, including graphics, short videos, and infographicsTrack and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improve campaign effectivenessStay updated on social media trends and tools to propose innovative approaches for audience engagement
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, from logistics to follow-up communication
Database Management: Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy to enhance outreach efforts
Collaborative Projects: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency and creative excellence

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):
Completed Spanish Bachelor’s or enrolled/completed Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and SpanishInitial experience in marketing, PR, or content creation (internships or coursework are a plus)Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, Salesforce, Marketo is a plus
