What You'll Do

You will work closely with the Human Resources Senior Manager and Senior Director to:

Oversee the career management process Organize Career Development Committees Prepare CD dossiersCoordinate the upward feedback process using the internal IT systemManage evaluation requests and follow-ups through the internal IT systemEnsure internal databases are accurately updatedSupport with the preparation of recurrent reports and data analysesManage the Buddy ProgramExecute internal communication initiativesMonitor and follow up on actions from the annual strategic planProvide support with local immigration and mobility mattersAssist the team with new initiatives and ad hoc projects

What You'll Bring

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human ResourcesMaster in Human Resources very valuableAt leaset 2 years of experience in human resources either in a consulting firm, training company, or in a corporate human resource department valuable

Full proficiency reading/writing/speaking English and Spanish

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: emphasis on Excel and Power Point

Strong analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills, positive personal and professional image, and excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics

Strong organizational and prioritization skills, strong rigor and strong attention to detail

Professional approach to time and deadlines

Ability to recognize and maintain highest levels of confidentiality

Team player with the ability to adapt in a changing environment

Ability to work overtime during peak career management periods, stress management capacity

Multitasking skills



Who You'll Work With

The role will be mainly to work within the people development team giving support to the HR Senior Director and the HR Senior Manager in the Career Development Process, giving support with evaluation request, recurrent reports and analyses and Career Development Dossiers elaboration. Additionally, you will be part of different people team initiatives and projects such as Affiliation @BCG, new HR tools such as Workday, Mentor program, etc.
