What You'll Do
The primary function of this role is to work as part of a busy Finance function in the position of Accounting Trainee, focused on AP and GL activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Support on the Payables process. Including ensuring invoices are recorded and reconciled properly and on time and dealing with supplier inquiries.Supervision of the expense reports review process, done by our team based in India.Manual booking of multi-line invoices.Respond to ad-hoc requests from Finance Managers and Officers -this may involve analysis and interpretation of data related to the T&B and our accounting systems.BCG Finance is transforming into a more modern finance function with a huge upcoming change: from Jan-26 we will switch our ERP from Oracle to SAP. As a result of that, you will be needed to support in several related activities.

The candidate must show the following skills
Essential
University degree in Accounting – Finance – Business Administration or studying a Master degreeKnowledge with principles, procedures and practices of general accounting.Above average computer skills, especially Excel, and willingness to learn more as required.
Desirable
Experience in a Finance Department or consulting/outsourcing company.Experience with Oracle or SAP. Experience with other ERPs will also be valued.Additional info
Spanish University degree (completed). Must hold university degree, vocational training certificate, or equivalent, and provide a photocopy No more than 3 years since obtaining the degree (5 years for candidates with disabilities). For foreign degrees, the period starts from the date of recognition in Spain. Cannot have worked under a training contract (convenio) in the company for more than 3 months, except for required curricular internships Must not have worked under an internship contract for over 1 year at any company (work history required).
