The Role

Develop, maintain, and own Kyndryl’s global workspace standards to ensure consistency across all locations.Partner with Project Managers to consult on architecture and branding requirements for fit-out projects.Collaborate with PM vendors to ensure compliance with established workspace standards throughout project execution.Create high-level test-fit designs for new spaces and business approvals.Coordinate with Space Management to enter new buildings and updates into our space management platform.Act as a subject matter expert for workspace standards during project planning and execution.Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on space optimization and workplace design best practices.Ensure alignment between workplace standards and corporate branding initiatives.Monitor adherence to workspace standards across all projects and locations.Identify opportunities for improvement and update standards as needed to reflect evolving business needs and industry trends.Maintain documentation and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Who You Are

Business-level English FluencyBachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, or related field.A minimum of 3 years’ experience in workplace design, space planning, and/or facilities operations.Familiarity with space management tools (e.g., Eptura, Serraview, Archibus) and AutoCAD softwareStrong project management and stakeholder engagement skillsProven knowledge of design leading practices, and trendsDemonstrated ability to execute multiple concurrent projectsDemonstrated ability in influencing stakeholders within and outside organizationDemonstrated ability in vendor partnership and managementExperience with regional or local facilities related regulations.Understanding of regional cultural norms.
