KBR is seeking a Space Domain Awareness (SDA) expert to support the Secretary of the Air Force International Affairs - Space Weapons Directorate. The position will provide direct support the areas of surveillance of the Space Domain to inform decisions about space and activities/operations in space as well as surveillance from the Space Domain to inform decisions about terrestrial joint/combined activities/operations. This role is onsite at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Space Export Baseline and ToplinesAdvise and coordinate on DAF policies and guidance involving disclosure of military Space equipment, services, technologies, or capabilities to foreign allies or partners, to include space-related requests for exceptions to National Disclosure Policy, SAP portfolio management, and information presented at visits by foreign representatives and involvement/observation by foreign partners at space exercises and wargames.Support Key Leader Space Industry Engagements, Space Industry exportability inquiries and other tasks IAW Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM).

Qualifications:

Required:

10 years of experience at Air Force Major Command staff level, Combatant Command Staff, Joint Staff, Office of Secretary of Defense Staff, or similar level DoD StaffMinimum of 5 years of experience in USAF or USSF hands on Space Domain Awareness activities.Master’s Degree or higher related to technology, management, military arts and sciences, or national security.Current TS (SCI & SAP eligibility required)Ability to support client onsite (Pentagon)

Desired:

Expert knowledge on objectives and capabilities of SDA to include threat detection, characterization of intent, and operational readiness.Expert knowledge of the various USAF and USSF enhancement activities in support of SDA to include Ground-Based Radars, Partnerships with industry, and international cooperation.TS/SCI clearance is desired.
