Spa & Wellness Concierge is responsible for supporting and coordinating guest experiences across both the Wellness Center and Spa operations, ensuring smooth daily operations, personalized guest service, and seamless coordination between wellness programs and spa services in line with Anantara standards.
QualificationsBachelors Degree in Business and or Hospitality ManagementThree years experience in a similar role in a 5 star spa with a multicultural teamIn depth knowledge of spa therapyStrong financial acumenExcellent communication and leadership skillsAdditional InformationMinimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, spa, wellness center, or private hospital environments.Strong service mindset with a polished, calm, and mature personality.Experience in roles requiring high guest interaction and emotional sensitivity.
