Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Spa Therapist (experience in luxury environments preferred)Certified training in massage, facial, or holistic therapy techniquesStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsJapanese language skills (English proficiency a plus)Passion for wellness, beauty, and holistic healthTeam-oriented, adaptable, and guest-focused mindsetBasic computer literacy for report logging and schedule coordination
