DescriptionTo work with a clear understanding of the standards, core values, visions and goals of Kempinski and Kempinski The Spa.   To ensure clients receive requested treatments and follow-up recommendations according to the spa’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.   

Key ResponsibilitiesThe duties of Spa Therapist is executed satisfactorily when: \nProvides spa treatments according to Kempinski the Spa treatment  menu, standards and outlined protocols.  \nRetains proper working knowledge of the process, benefit and outcome of all treatments and products in the spa.  \nReferences and adjusts treatments according to the guest’s health assessment.\nDelivers special, individualized and unique service to guests in the Spa.\nUp sells and recommends in a thoughtful way—treatments, retail and homecare.  \n Begins and end treatments on time.  \nConfidently handles and rectifies guest queries or small complaints.  \nEnsures guests comfort and a genuine, welcoming environment for all guests.\nEnsures a proper handover is completed in the guest journey as per the documented standard; following up on treatment experience and acting on any discrepancies.  \n Maintains the setup, hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms and treatment equipment.  \n Maintains complete discretion and confidentially in all communications with guests.\nActions other positions’ responsibilities within the spa as required.\n Reports all accidents and guest incidents to the Spa Manager in a swift and professional manner.  \nAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel. \n
