Job DescriptionTo create a positive first impression to the guests by greeting them in a warm and friendly manner by name.To contribute to the high level of services offered in accordance with the company’s standard as detailed in the Standard Operating Procedures.To perform quality spa services according to the company’s treatment standardsTo ensure that all equipment associated with the spa services is in good working orderTo be able to answer all questions related to spa services and identify the benefits or advantages of treatments required to the guests.To assist with demonstrations and events as requiredTo participate in any new training and refresher programs as requiredTo update the therapist log bookTo complete all assignments to the deadlines as requested by the Spa Manager or Senior Spa TherapistTo respond to change in a positive and flexible manner

QualificationsInternational Certificate in Massage and SkincareAt least 02 years previous 5* resort  spa experience as a TherapistAble to communicate in English, additional language is an advantageWell-groomed and a high standard of personal hygiene requiredEnthusiastic and willing to learnPositive attitude and pleasant personality
