Bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in Spa Management
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in luxury hotel spa operations
Proficient in PMS systems such as Book4Time and Opera
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate teams and handle guest interactions with professionalism and empathy
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
