At our hotel, you will assist in creating memorable and unique moments for guests, providing a seamless service experience from start to finish. You will be responsible for promoting Spa services, managing reservations, confirming appointments, checking in guests, answering service-related queries, and processing payments. Your role will ensure that each transaction feels like a natural and integral part of the overall experience. To succeed in this position, it's essential to prioritize safety, adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain high-quality standards, and always present yourself in a professional manner. Spa Receptionists are expected to be proactive, engaging with guests while remaining on their feet for extended periods and managing reservation systems effectively. The role may also involve physical tasks, such as moving objects and reaching overhead, to ensure a smooth operation and memorable guest experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** Related Work Experience: Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist in a luxury or five-star resort setting.
