Key Responsibilities\nTaking reservations\nWorking according to Kempinski standards\nWelcoming and looking after guests\nBeing ready to give massages\nCleaning the spa area\nSelling different services and products\nCoordinating different appointments\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nAn organised and precise way of working\nSuccessfully completed specialist training and initial professional experience in the upmarket hotel industry\nYou are motivated to learn new things and create unforgettable moments for guests\nResilience, tidiness and a very high level of quality awareness\nGood German and English skills are a prerequisite; another foreign language, such as Russian, is an advantage\n
