Job descriptionWe are seeking a friendly and professional spa receptionist / agent to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As the first point of contact for our spa guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere while ensuring smooth operations of our spa facility.
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Schedule appointments and manage bookings for spa services Provide detailed information about spa treatments, packages, and promotions Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized reception area Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure timely service delivery Assist in inventory management of spa products and supplies Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experience and drive sales Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and supportive demeanor Proficiency in scheduling and booking systems Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in spa, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred Additional certifications in hospitality or spa management a plus Knowledge of spa treatments and services preferred About the CompanyA caring employer providing respect, training and career development for our employees.
