**Description:**
+ To ensure professional, courteous service to both guests and internal customers, while maintaining strong team and client relationships.
+ Drives marketing efforts by representing the Spa during VIP visits, promotions, and public awareness activities.
+ Ensures all Spa services are delivered to the highest standards, actively supervises facility upkeep, and promotes continuous improvement to remain a market leader.
**Qualifications:**
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar managerial role at an international branded hotel.
Fluency in spoken and written English required.
Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills, and high competency in Microsoft Office.
