The Spa Director is responsible for short and long term strategic planning of the Spa facility to include marketing, promotional, administrative, safety, associate and financial responsibilities. This means developing marketing strategies and identifying new markets, working with Public Relations in all aspects of spa promotions and media, and keeping abreast of the competitor’s offerings, promotions and techniques. Financial responsibilities encompass fiscal budgeting and analysis and capital improvement identification and budget preparation.
