At Miraval Arizona, we believe that healing begins the moment a guest arrives. As a **Spa Front Desk Agent** , you are the welcoming presence that sets the tone for each guest’s wellness journey. You create a calm, supportive environment where guests feel seen, heard, and cared for. With grace and attention to detail, you guide guests through their spa experience—from scheduling treatments to offering thoughtful product recommendations—ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to mindful service.
**Essential Functions:**
+ **Welcome with Intention:** Greet guests with presence and professionalism, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.
+ **Support the Guest Journey:** Schedule spa treatments and wellness services with accuracy and care, ensuring a seamless experience.
+ **Facilitate Transactions:** Process payments including room charges, credit cards, and cash with attention to detail and integrity.
+ **Offer Thoughtful Guidance:** Recommend spa treatments and retail products based on guest needs and preferences, promoting holistic wellbeing.
+ **Maintain Tranquility:** Ensure locker rooms and common areas are clean, stocked, and sanitized throughout the day.
+ **Collaborate Mindfully:** Work closely with spa therapists, attendants, and other departments to support guest needs and operational flow.
+ **Stay Present:** Remain calm and empathetic when assisting guests with questions or concerns, always responding with kindness and clarity.
+ **Contribute Wholeheartedly:** Embrace a variety of responsibilities during each shift, adapting with flexibility and grace.

+ Excellent communication skills that translate to heart-led service for our guests
+ Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
+ You are logical, empathetic, and kind, with a natural ability to make others feel comfortable and supported.
+ You are comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, and able to lift, pull, push, or drag moderate weight.
+ You have a strong sense of teamwork, and are self-motivated with a high attention to detail.
+ You are flexible and adaptable, able to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
+ You are at least 18 years of age, and ideally have experience in spa reception within a resort or hotel setting.
