**Description:** + You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. + You will be responsible to provide hands on support and guidance and ensure services provided are in accordance with the approved Spa & Fitness Center brand standards of performance and sequences of service. + You will also be responsible to ensure the discerning guests feel that their every need is anticipated and they have created a relationship with the spa, not just a visit. + You will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and customized fitness guidance to clients in order to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. **Qualifications:** + Ideally with a University Degree or Diploma in Spa Management and/or Hospitality/Tourism Management. + Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Spa Manager or Assistant Manager Fitness Center. + Certification as a Fitness Trainer from a recognized institution. + Aesthetic qualification in treatments and training will be of great advantage + Strong knowledge of exercise techniques and fitness principles + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR (preferred) **Primary Location:** NP-Kathmandu District-Kathmandu **Organization:** Hyatt Centric Kathmandu **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Administrative **Req ID:** KAT000872 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
