Performing a variety of tasks, such as answering phone calls and questions regarding spa services and products as well as about the resort, assisting guests with robes, towels, slippers and lockers, and ensuring the cleanliness of locker room facilities and public areas as needed. Desk agents will speak with a soft voice and display empathy and patience at all times.
