We are seeking a passionate Spa Concierge to join our team or the summer season at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be the first point of contact for guests seeking tranquility, rejuvenation, and luxury.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome guests, ensuring a calm and professional presence at all timesManage reservations and scheduling using spa software systems, optimizing efficiency and guest satisfactionProvide detailed information on spa treatments, services, and wellness offeringsEnsure the spa reception and waiting areas remain immaculate, serene, and well-stockedProcess payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate guest recordsSupport therapists and management with administrative and operational tasks as required
