Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead is looking for a Spa Concierge to join the Team at this gorgeous Atlanta property!

Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this 42-story tower has over 200 rooms (127 guest rooms plus residences), over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, a lavish 15,000 square foot Spa, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes the 3-meal restaurant, bar, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?

A Spa Concierge serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Assist guests and clients in an appropriate and timely mannerManage customer feedback effectively to ensure issues or compliments are escalated to enable long-term improvements in products and servicesEnsure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cardsExperienced in Microsoft Office Suite, Spa Soft and able to compose and send emails to guests, members and clients.Adhere to cash handling proceduresInteract and communicate effectively with guests, members, team members, and management teamTo be an effective salesperson by up-selling with latest departmental incentivesReport accidents, maintenance issues, or other incidentsEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulations
