Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and unparalleled service at all times.
Have complete knowledge of all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
Ensure that standards are maintained at the highest level on a daily basis.
Respond to guests’ inquiries about the Resort and Spa, Training Programs, Spa menu, and any additional information, while reminding them of the Spa’s services and facilities.
Inspect the Gym and Pool areas at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring that these areas meet the established standards.
Keep the assigned work area clean, disinfected, and organized at all times.
Check and restock the spa amenities area at the beginning, during, and at the end of each shift.
Perform opening or closing procedures depending on the assigned shift.
Check the condition of the Spa facilities and equipment, and immediately report any damage to the supervisor.
Execute the Spa standards in the arrangement of décor and distribution of amenities.
Escort guests to their destination within the Spa (gym, pool, locker rooms).
Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests even when busy and at any time, maintaining a positive relationship with the guest at all times.
