Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide Learning programs through our academies and the opportunity to earn qualifications while you work Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world Ability to make a difference in the local community through our corporate social responsibility activities Job description What you will be doing: Keep the spa areas clean, neat, stocked and organized at all times Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas, ensuring that guests find their treatments, are served water, etc. Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines/SOPs Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries Assist in the operation of all spa departments and to have knowledge of all spa treatments Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Previous experience in hotel spa is desirable Must be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail Dynamic, energetic, creative and thrives under pressure Ability to work well independently and as a team Additional information
