Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and assist guests in the spa and wellness area with the highest level of professionalismEnsure immaculate cleanliness, hygiene, and order throughout all spa facilitiesPrepare and maintain treatment rooms, sauna, steam bath, pool, and relaxation areasProvide towels, refreshments, and amenities to enhance the guest experienceSupport spa therapists with the organization and smooth delivery of treatmentsStrictly adhere to all hygiene, safety, and luxury service standardsAnticipate guest needs and deliver personalized, discreet, and intuitive service
