Position Overview:
As a Spa Attendant, you are an essential part of our team, dedicated to creating a serene, spotless, and welcoming environment for every guest. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas, replenishing amenities, and supporting the smooth operation of daily spa services. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence help ensure each guest enjoys a relaxing and memorable experience.
General Requirements:

Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
Attend all required meetings and trainings.
Maintain regular attendance in compliance with departmental standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the business.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and nametag.
Comply with property standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.
Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Essential Requirements:
Maintain organization and presentation of spa public areas and locker room facilities, including showers, sinks, toilets, counters, and sauna areas.
Ensure toiletry items, grooming supplies, and fresh linens are fully stocked and neatly organized in all required areas.
Rotate and transport soiled linens to the laundry facility and restock clean linens throughout the spa as needed.
Inspect and sanitize lockers after each guest's use, ensuring they are clean, dry, and guest-ready.
Maintain spa treatment rooms and public areas in pristine condition, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning windows and patios and assisting service providers turn treatment areas on busy scheduled days.
Fold, sort, and organize clean towels, robes, and other spa linens for efficient restocking.
Regularly rotate used towels and garments to and from the laundry throughout the day.
Clean and polish mirrors multiple times daily to maintain a spotless appearance.
Tidy restrooms areas frequently, focusing on vanities and sink areas and trash and towel bins.
Spot clean areas as needed in case of spills or trash/linen accumulation.
Promptly submit maintenance requests to spa management or Facilites to ensure all guest amenities are functioning properly and safely.
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
Physical requirements:
Flexible and long hours sometimes required. Weekends often required.
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
