§ Controls and monitors all administrative, financial and sales operations of the Spa Fitness Business functions. Including hotel programming, marketing planning and budgeting.
§ Prepares monthly reports on all management aspects, to include statistical analysis of participation and use of facilities, market appraisal and evaluation.
§ Drives the engagement of Guests within the Spa, Fitness and Wellbeing functions of the hotel – ensure meaning and long-lasting engagement are maintained
§ Upholds the brand integrity and ensures all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times, building future business and impactful experiences
§ Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting feedback, and displays strong communication skills and leadership capabilities.
§ Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
§ Maximises employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking, and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.
§ Prepares budget forecasts and marketing plans in conjunction with the Director of Rooms for Spa, Fitness, and Wellbeing programming, providing data lead analytics at all points
§ Monitors all costs and recommends/institutes measures to control them in accordance with the annual budget.
§ Ensures that the Department's operational budget is in line and that all costs are strictly controlled.
§ Greets VIP guests and potential members personally as when necessary.
§ Attends function, promotions for and on behalf of the Spa as when necessary.
§ Ensures that the effective setup of services offered in the Spa is always available and carried out with the utmost efficiency and courtesy as per the set standards.
§ Maintains a high profile within the Spa by becoming involved with the activities, becoming a model of fitness and health.
§ Plans and programmes all Spa activities.
§ Maintains a close inspection of the state of repair of the building and equipment.
§ Continually educates and updates oneself on the various components of the Spa Operation, Maintenance, and Growth, and recommends to Management any new innovations and/or changes.
§ Takes active measures to assist in the promotion and public awareness of the Spa.
§ Ensures the smooth integration with all other hotel operating departments, ensuring that all employees have a thorough knowledge of the Spa facilities and services.
§ Ensures that the Spa facility and services are Market Leaders in all aspects of provision.

Minimum requirements
3 years of experience in the same position
Pre-opening experience is preferable
Luxury background in resort and urban city
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English/ Vietnamese or Korean
