Spa and Recreation Sales Manager - Signia by Hilton at La Cantera Resort and Spa

Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa is looking for their next Spa and Recreation Sales Manager! 

Nestled high above the rolling hills and live oaks of the Texas Hill Country, Signia by Hilton La Cantera offers a serene resort experience featuring over 140,000 sq. ft. of event space, a luxury spa, outdoor pools, a kid’s camp, and an 18-hole championship golf course. Guests can savor bold flavors across four restaurants and five bars, with convenient access to premier shopping, dining, Six Flags, and the San Antonio Airport.

***The ideal candidate has at least one year of hotel experience in a guest-facing role, and prior sales experience. They demonstrate strong communication skills and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions. This individual is adaptable to changing schedules and available to support buyouts, group events, and VIP clientele. They are proactive, organized, and focused on building relationships and driving revenue.

As a Spa & Recreation Sales Manager, you would be responsible for driving revenue by promoting the hotel’s spa and recreation services to prospective clients and group planners in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. You will serve as the primary point of contact for spa-related group business, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue across spa and recreation offerings.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Respond to inquiries and generate new business for spa services, memberships, and recreation activitiesProspect, qualify, and solicit new and existing clients to drive revenue growthServe as the primary liaison for meeting planners, managing proposals, contracts, and client communicationConduct site visits, host clients, and maintain strong customer relationshipsDevelop and execute sales strategies and business plans to meet or exceed revenue goalsPartner with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and eventsMonitor market trends, analyze business performance, and identify new revenue opportunitiesNegotiate contracts and pricing to align with financial goals while maximizing client value
