General Purpose: Monitors daily activity of the fitness center and or spa area; ensures guest satisfaction and compliance with rules and procedures. Key Responsibilities of the Spa Associate: Schedule luxury spa appointments, including massages, aesthetics, and nail services Coordinate with spa employees to book treatments Maintain spa cleanliness and assist in set up and break down of treatment rooms  Exhibit excellent in-person, email, and phone communication with members and staff Assist in monitoring gym use to ensure member safety  Coordinate fitness class equipment set up and breakdown Assist in developing fitness class monthly schedule and online appointment system Maintain fitness center cleanliness  Creates a clean, welcoming environment for all members and guests Minimum Qualifications for the Spa Associate: 18 years of age CPR/1st Aide training (recommended) Express leadership, organization and interpersonal skills Be energetic, enthusiastic, patient and flexible Able to work in team and individual settings Ability to accept guidance and supervision from staff Exhibit characteristics of: Leadership, enthusiasm, patience, self-control, maturity, responsibility, great social skills, integrity and a positive attitude Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences: Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job
