Au sein de l’équipe Marketing de la division Rythmologie, nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste Développement de Marché – Insuffisance Cardiaque dédié(e) à maximiser l'adoption des thérapies, diagnostics, outils de gestion de la maladie et services/solutions liés à l'insuffisance cardiaque de Medtronic. Vous serez responsable d'assurer une information continue et appropriée auprès des médecins référents afin de promouvoir nos solutions. **Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d'autres activités peuvent être assignées** + Améliorer la gestion des patients souffrant d'insuffisance cardiaque (IC) au niveau local en mettant en œuvre des parcours de soins et des flux de travail basés sur les meilleures pratiques et les preuves/guidelines. Collaborer de manière appropriée avec les parties prenantes locales et utiliser les programmes/outils/ressources CRM EMEA pour atteindre cet objectif. + Accélérer la sensibilisation des professionnels de santé (HCP) et des patients aux offres et programmes d'IC de Medtronic, en veillant à un suivi de haute qualité et cohérent des patients ayant déjà reçu ces offres. + Faciliter et soutenir la mise en œuvre de projets interfonctionnels sur l'IC en tirant parti des relations établies avec les parties prenantes locales et en contribuant activement à ceux-ci. + Établir et maintenir d'excellentes relations de travail avec les leaders d'opinion clés, les professionnels de santé locaux et d'autres parties prenantes, afin d'améliorer l'accès des patients aux offres éprouvées de Medtronic, tout en respectant strictement les Normes de Conduite Commerciale de Medtronic (BCS). + Décrire les réseaux de référence des patients parmi les prestataires de soins de santé. Comprendre en profondeur les flux financiers au sein du système de santé, les niveaux de ressources, les attitudes des décideurs et les barrières d'accès des patients qui peuvent en découler. + Collaborer de manière interfonctionnelle avec des collègues CRM locaux, régionaux et mondiaux et veiller à l'alignement des stratégies et tactiques locales. + Contribuer activement à la planification financière de l'entreprise en fournissant des données valides sur les besoins locaux.
