Le Spécialiste en location de moteurs est chargé de fournir un soutien de location à nos clients dans les marchés régionaux et APU. Ce rôle est essentiel pour garantir que nos clients reçoivent leurs moteurs de location de manière opportune et efficace, en particulier en cas d'urgence AOG (Aircraft on Ground).
Responsabilités
Gérer la location de moteurs de l'enquête initiale jusqu'au retour de l'actif.Fournir un soutien après les heures en cas d'urgence AOG pour les clients nord-américains.S'assurer que les indicateurs clés de performance client, y compris la livraison à temps et la satisfaction client, sont atteints.Contribuer aux réunions d'opérations en fournissant des KPI mensuels et des recommandations.Développer et mettre en œuvre de nouveaux services pour atteindre les objectifs financiers à moyen terme.Gérer activement la disponibilité du parc de location par des processus de déploiement et de gestion des actifs.Optimiser les modèles de business intelligence pour la planification optimale.Soutenir les projets visant à améliorer les niveaux de service et la satisfaction client.Connaissance générale des outils de support comme CRM et SAP.Compétences Essentielles
1 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de comptes, développement commercial, service à la clientèle ou logistique.Excellentes compétences en communication.Expérience de l'interface client, de préférence dans une entreprise de taille moyenne à grande.Baccalauréat ou DEC en commerce, administration des affaires, marketing ou gestion.Compétences Supplémentaires & qualifications
Expérience dans l'aérospatiale.Expérience avec les accords de location commerciale.Expérience SAP et CRM.Connaissance du français et/ou de l'espagnol.Environnement De Travail
Le spécialiste travaillera dans un environnement dynamique avec une équipe de 15 personnes. Les heures de travail sont flexibles, avec une semaine de 40 heures, des heures principales de 9 h à 17 h, et une rotation d'appel après les heures normales de travail. La formation initiale dure trois mois, avec un mois principalement consacré à l'apprentissage des systèmes et processus. Le spécialiste doit être prêt à répondre aux urgences dans un délai de 30 minutes.

Job Description
The Leaseco Rental Specialist is tasked with providing rental support to our customers in the regional and APU markets. This role is critical to ensure our customers receive their rental engines in a timely and efficient manner, especially during Aircraft on Ground (AOG) emergencies.
Responsibilities
Manage the complete rental engine lease event from initial inquiry through to the return of the rental asset.Provide afterhours AOG support for North American customers.Ensure customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery and customer satisfaction measures, are met.Contribute to operations meetings by providing monthly KPIs and recommendations.Develop and implement new services to achieve mid-term financial goals.Proactively manage rental pool availability through asset deployment and management processes.Optimize business intelligence models for optimal planning.Support projects aimed at improving service levels and customer satisfaction.General knowledge of support tools like CRM and SAP.Essential Skills
1-5 years of experience in account management, business development, customer service, or logistics.Excellent communication skills.Client interfacing/support experience, preferably in a medium-large scale company.Bachelor's or DEC in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or Management.Additional Skills and Qualifications
