Description + In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening internal control frameworks and supporting financial reporting integrity. Your responsibilities will include: + Leading or supporting strategic initiatives and special projects driven by leadership. + Conducting annual risk assessments for financial reporting processes and subsidiaries to help define the scope of internal control evaluations. + Planning and executing control testing activities to assess both the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls related to financial reporting. + Reviewing and updating process documentation, including risk and control matrices, and ensuring alignment with current practices. + Identifying control deficiencies, preparing recommendations for remediation, and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions. + Preparing summary reports and working papers for quarterly reporting cycles, tailored to various internal stakeholders. + Coordinating with internal and external auditors, as well as other relevant stakeholders, to ensure alignment and consistency across audit and compliance efforts.
