Master's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Industrial Hygiene or other related fieldPrevious SHE work experience in construction, mining/tunneling, water infrastructure, DOT, Oil and Gas and/or AE firmA minimum of 5 years experience managing and directing employees in the course of performing job dutiesRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Industrial Hygiene or other related field A minimum of 10 years experience in Safety Health and Environmental field Certification in one or more SHE fields such as (Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), (GSP) Graduate Safety Practitioner, or equivalent SHE Project/Program Management experienceExtensive knowledge of OSHA ANSI regulatory standards Knowledge and application of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint software Team-oriented with proven oral and written skills to support company SHE policy and procedural requirements Experienced and proven leadership skills necessary to effectively manage a staff in support of company SHE requirements An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
