Southest Territory will cover Florida up through Carolinas and west through Arkansas. Candidate should reside in territory.
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Instruments Sales Representative to join our world-class Sales team. As an Instruments Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to represent a leading company in the scientific industry and contribute to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Territory coverage would be Southeast US.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growthIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer base and increase market shareBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and provide exceptional customer serviceCollaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of sales plans and effectively address customer needsStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to determine potential opportunities and threatsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in technical or sciences field preferredProven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment with a minimum of 3 years experience, 5 plus years preferredStrong communication and negotiation skills to effectively compete in the marketExcellent problem-solving abilities to determine optimal solutions for customer requirementsIndustrial market experience. Environmental sector experience preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
