South Farm Manager

**Job Purpose and Impact**
The South Farm Manager will lead the company's defined technical service team to meet customer needs. In this role, you will take the lead to mentor and empower a team of professional to align service deliver with group strategy and business needs.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Identify the capabilities needed to meet the current and emerging business needs for defined markets; establish and implement talent succession planning, embed personal development and the fulfillment of personal potential in the culture of the organization.
+ Develop and improve key account relationship, identifying priorities, issues and strategic challenges and establish process planning to enable critical customer prioritization.
+ Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders on customer segmentation and account planning.
+ Coordinate applications development work, ensuring that all projects are appropriately staffed.
+ Participate strategy setting, budget establishment and price strategy on country level.
+ Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field in Animal Nutrition field
+ Minimum requirement of 10 years of relevant work experience. 5 years in supervisory position.
