South East Asia – Installation Manger Leader
The Installation Manager Leader is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources for the SEA subregion.

He/She has the responsibility for the projects' portfolio within South East Asia Sub-Region. He/She will play an essential role in the business growth managing the projects' portfolio with integrity, and compliance to the contractual scope, on-time delivery, quality and customer satisfaction.
The role is critical to make sure Energy Equipment is able to properly follow the shift of the project's center of gravity from the HQ (before the shipment) to the site operations, ensuring a flawless execution through the entire life-cycle of the projects until startup and Commercial Operation Date.
Among the above responsibilities, he/she will mainly focus on:
Leads project managers and actively drives projects in South East Asia.Establishes and communicates a shared vision and strategy within the projects' portfolioDevelops structure and framework to drive risk provision within the contractual frame, in order to exceed/meet the cost, schedule, quality & HSE targetsEvaluates and support sourcing of competitive third-party contracts and/or alliances for IETEnsures compliance with company standards, policies and regulationsProtects/enhances sales, contribution margin, orders, convertibility and ensure timely cash collectionsExceeds/meets operational excellence targetsExceeds customer expectations, enhance customer relationship and ensure business credibilityDrives process adherence and team coordination between functionsEnsures rigorous project review rhythm and achievement of key project's milestones and KPIsEnsures consistent utilization of Energy Equipment tools and processes applicable to the scope of project being executedDevelops and mentors individual team members' capabilities to enhance their skillset and expertise within the project management organizationLeads the resolution of any issues including lack of adherence to contracts, project quality or schedule issuesDemonstrates strategic and tactical knowledge to deliver excellence and drive continuous improvement and complianceLeads complex negotiations for project settlements including negotiation with non-supportive customers, partners and sub-contractorsEducate the global team on the challenges/needs of the region, drives the seamless collaboration between global and region.
To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical or electrical preferred.At least 10 years of work experience.At least 8 years of work experience directly in project management.At least 5 years of working experience in leading a multicultural team.Proven PM functional competencies.Fluent EnglishStrong inter-personal and communication skills. Excellent report writing & presentation skills. Available to travel at short noticeProven ability to achieve business’ targets. Able to interface effectively at all levels of the organization and customers. Problem solving and report out. Resilient & persistent under all circumstances. Commercially astute. Demonstrated competency in using standard project management tools. Ability to multi-task and manage priorities. Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Display confidence in a fast-paced work environment. Display energy, passion & enthusiasm to drive change. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to drive projects to completion. Ability to champion and promote the BAKER HUGHES Culture. Experience delivering projects on both small and large scales. Ability to travel internationally as required at short notice.
