Sous Chef - Private Nightclub
Our client, a renowned private members nightclub are currently recruiting for a talented Sous Chef to join their team.
The ideal Sous Chef will come from a hotel/club or quality restaurant background.
Duties include assisting the head chef with the day to day running of the kitchen including ordering and stock control, menu development, staff training and development.
The position offers;
Working Tuesday to SaturdayHours are generally 5pm to 2am but this can be 7.30pm until 4.30am on occasionsGenerous salary package including service chargeImmediate start availableUnfortunately, due to the high volume of applications we receive, we can only respond to those that are suitable.
