We’re looking for a Sous Chef who knows how to lead a kitchen that’s both high-performing and deeply human.

The Role
You’ll work alongside our Chef de Cuisine to bring our restaurant to life.

This is a hands-on leadership role — on the pass, in the detail, and with the team.

What You’ll Do

Lead service across all outlets, from breakfast to evening diningSupport menu development with a focus on seasonality and local influenceMaintain consistency, quality, and presentation across every dishTrain, mentor, and inspire junior chefsManage ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisationUphold food safety and hygiene standards with precision

Must already have full and ongoing working rights for Australia
