Your Tasks:

Requesting the necessary goods needed daily and their proper storagePreparing meals for breakfast buffets serving up to 1200 peopleHandling all food items with quality and cost consciousnessConsistently following all recipe guidelinesImplementing all Hilton standards, creating quality standards, and monitoring their adherenceObserving, implementing, and training hygiene guidelines across the work areaParticipating in departmental and cross-departmental meetings and training sessionsOnboarding and training our new trainees as well as staffPreparing duty rosters and vacation plansDaily coordination and close collaboration with the head chef 

What We Expect From You:

Completed, solid training as a chef and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position within upscale gastronomy or hospitalityOrganizational talent and strong leadership skillsTarget-oriented working styleExcellent time managementAbility to complete tasks within clear deadlines and set prioritiesConfident demeanor and assertivenessIndependence, flexibility, and resilienceHigh customer orientation and service willingnessProficiency in German and EnglishGood and confident handling of common computer programs
