You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Sous Chef – Bakery is responsible for overseeing all pastry and bakery production, ensuring quality, consistency, and creativity in line with the hotel’s standards and financial objectives.

Ideally with a Culinary degree or equivalent professional trainingMinimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie - Pastry or Bakery in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie in luxury international brandsDeep understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen compliance standardsBasic Computer Skills in MS Office and general computer literacyIdeally with a Culinary degree or equivalent professional trainingMinimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie - Pastry or Bakery in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie in luxury international brandsDeep understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen compliance standardsBasic Computer Skills in MS Office and general computer literacy
